Risk Warning
Updated 17 October 2026
This page explains the risks involved in binary options trading, who the academy's materials are not intended for, and how the academy is related to the broker. Please read it before you start trading.
1. Risk of losing money
Trading binary options involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. In each trade you can lose the whole amount staked on it, and over a series of losing trades, your entire deposit. Do not trade with borrowed money or with money you cannot afford to lose.
A binary options trade closes automatically at expiry and cannot be closed early. The only way to limit losses is therefore to limit the trade amount and the number of trades per day in advance.
2. Educational nature of the materials
The lessons, articles, calculators, trade examples and AI search answers are educational. They are not individual investment advice, a trade signal or an offer of financial services. Every trading decision is yours alone, and you bear full responsibility for it.
The academy does not guarantee income and does not promise results. Trade examples, strategy statistics and demo-account results reflect the past or practice experience of specific people and do not predict your results. Demo results do not carry over to a live account, where emotions, execution and real money come into play.
3. Who the materials are not intended for
This site is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
The materials are not intended for persons located in countries where binary options trading for retail clients is prohibited or restricted, including the EU and EEA countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Israel. If you are in such a country, please do not use this site. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in.
4. Relationship with the broker and remuneration
BinoView Academy is the educational arm of the BinoView project. The academy is not a broker, a financial adviser or an asset manager: it does not open trading accounts, does not accept payments, and does not hold or manage users' funds. Your trading account is opened with the broker Pocket Option; deposits and withdrawals happen only on the broker's side.
The owners of the BinoView trading terminal and the academy take part in the broker's affiliate programme and receive a commission from it for referred users. The broker pays this commission out of its own funds; nothing is withheld from you. Pocket Option is a trademark of its respective owner. The academy is not part of the broker and does not act on its behalf. For questions about your account, deposits, withdrawals and verification, contact the broker.
5. If trading stops feeling under control
If you notice that you are trading with money you need to live on, trying to win back losses after a losing streak, or hiding your trading from people close to you, stop and take a break. The course section on psychology and money management is about exactly this, but no lesson replaces a pause.
