Regime Switch Bot on the 15-Second Chart: Auto-Trading Settings for Pocket Option

The adaptive Regime Switch bot picks its own mode for the current market type. Auto-trading settings on S15 with martingale ($90, coefficient 2.2, six steps, take-profit $3,500), why a stop-loss at the fifth step cost a session, a breakdown of the recording with four losses in a row and an answer to the question of getting banned for bots.

The video was recorded on the fourth day of testing the Regime Switch bot: Nick shows the auto-trading settings on the 15-second chart, explains why he moved from compensation recovery to martingale, breaks down a session where the stop-loss fired at the fifth step, and answers viewers' question about getting banned for bots. Below are the settings from the screen and a breakdown of the recording.

What has changed since the recording. The video was shot in July 2026 in the PoSignals terminal, now BinoView Supercharts. On screen the bot is called Regime Switch (the captions render it as "Режим Switch"); search the catalog by that name. The auto-trading settings and the control panel have not changed since.

What the bot is

Regime Switch is an adaptive bot: it detects the current market regime by itself and picks a signal strategy for it, while the card on the chart shows the win rate from its own statistics. In the video everything is left at defaults except one parameter: the number of recovery trades counted in the statistics is lowered from six to two, so that the card's win rate is closer to the author's real rule of one recovery trade.

Timeframe and expiration are 15 seconds, one candle per trade. The author tested S30 as well: fewer trades and, by feel, more losses.

The terminal's calculated profit per series is $81 to $384 depending on the step at which it closes. The maximum series risk is $8,428, which is 34.9% of the deposit in the video.

The stop-loss mistake

In one of the earlier sessions the stop-loss was set to −$3,500. A series reached the fifth step, the accumulated loss crossed the threshold, and the bot stopped at −$3,511. The next, sixth candle would have closed as a win and covered the series. The author's lesson: the stop-loss must be consistent with the depth of the series, otherwise it fires right before the last recovery trade. In the current launch the threshold is raised to −$9,000, above the amount of the entire series.

A stop-loss below the series amount turns martingale into the worst of both worlds: the series losses are already taken, but the recovery is forbidden. Calculate the whole series in the martingale calculator and compare it with the threshold. How to set a daily loss limit is covered in the risk management article.

The recording, trade by trade

At the start of the recording the bot is up $554 after 11 trades, six wins and five losses. During the video the gain grows to $720, then a run of four losses in a row comes: $90, $198, $435.60 and $958.32. The fifth trade of $2,108.30 closes the series with a $257.72 win. The author stops the bot by hand: +$1,651.72 over 30 trades, 16 wins and 14 losses, a 53% win rate, 16 series in 17 minutes.

The auto-trading history for the same days shows +$1,575, the losing stop-loss session at −$3,511, and two more sessions run to take-profit. Net, in the author's words, about $2,000. Earlier, on the same bot with compensation recovery, there were sessions of +$315 over some 150 trades and +$1,101.

About getting banned for bots

To the question "you will get banned for the terminal and the bots" the author answers on the merits: the terminal works as an official Pocket Option partner on the platform's data. Trades opened by the bot appear immediately in the exchange's personal account, the balance is synchronized, and that is impossible without the exchange's consent. The buy and sell buttons and Auto mode appeared in the terminal only after partner status was granted. The terminal has been in development for more than a year and a half, starting from a Telegram bot.

Before you test it

  • Check the limits before launch. The stop-loss and the first trade must be consistent with six steps and the per-trade limit on your plan.
  • Profit is taken in time. The author stops the bot at a noticeable gain rather than waiting for take-profit: the longer the session, the higher the chance of hitting a prolonged trend.
  • One bot does not cover everything. In a prolonged trend an adaptive bot can lose, and then the author switches to a trend bot.
  • What works for the author may not work for you. Pick your tool on demo or with a fixed amount, watching the losing runs.
  • OTC means synthetic quotes, see the OTC article.

FAQ

Why is the first trade $90 rather than a round $100?

Because of the per-trade limit on the plan: $5,000. The sixth step of a series at a 2.2 coefficient from $90 is $4,638 and fits the limit, while from $100 it would exceed it and the last recovery trade simply would not open.

Will my account get banned for trading bots?

The terminal works as an official Pocket Option partner on the platform's own data: trades and the balance are synchronized with the exchange, and such synchronization cannot be done without its consent. The auto-trading buttons appeared in the terminal only after the partnership.

Martingale or compensation recovery?

The author tested the bot on compensation recovery: it climbs out of drawdowns reliably but in steps and slowly. Martingale closes a series faster, but the depth of risk is higher, and the sixth step has to fit both the deposit and the per-trade limit.

Binary options trading carries the risk of losing the entire trade amount. The session results in the video are records of specific recordings, not a forecast of the bot's returns. Test the settings on a demo account and never exceed the risk you are prepared to accept.
